The inversion
Most events of this size are built around content. You sit, you listen, you take notes, and maybe you have a few conversations in between. We turn that around.
We put connection, conversation and community at the centre. The talks guide the journey. The real magic happens between all of us. A co-creation.
WHEN
September 30th – October 1st, 2026
WHERE
Otto Wagner Areal, Vienna, Austria
A journey over two days, in three acts.
From I, to We, to the economy we are actually building. Aware, align, act. It is a movement everyone knows from their own life, held over two days.
-
ACT I
I
AWAREDay One · SEP 30th · MORNING (Starting 10 am)Who am I, before the world asks anything of me?
We begin with a guided journey from numbness to inner freedom through light, sound and emotion. We dive deeper into why the last frontier is inside, especially in the age of AI. Then a long shared picnic lunch in the garden.
-
ACT II
We
ALIGNDAY ONE EVENING (UNtil 8 pm) → DAY TWO MORNING (Starting 10 am)What becomes possible in the space between us?
We move the room from I to We, exploring the ego and a new vision for humanity. We hear about belonging and experience connection as a practice we can learn. A shared dinner and a concert for a connected evening.
-
ACT III
Economy
ACTDAY TWO · OCT 1st · AFTERNOON (Until 6 pm)What do we build, now that we trust the room?
The Mission Room opens. Projects find their people. Then the most honest conversation about leading a company differently, held inside the room rather than performed at it.

Different roles.
Same inner attitude.
Founders, investors, senior leaders, artists, creators, scientists, and people rethinking the economy.
A larger room than most Conxious gatherings, and intentionally so. Not a private circle, but a wider field of people who share the same understanding of how things actually move.
If this is the field you want to be in, this is the room.
The voices that open the room.
Speakers & guides Each voice carries something we believe the future needs. They give the impulse, the real connection happens between everyone of us.
Charly Kleissner
Impact investing pioneer
A long-standing voice in the conversation about what capital is actually for.

Bianca Gfrei
Consciousness activist

Bettina Ludwig
Anthropologist
Reframes how we think about belonging, leadership, and what it means to be human.

Bibi Brzózka
Intimacy guide
Teaches connection as a skill you practice, not luck you wait for.

Matthias Strolz
Author & former politician
Asks the questions about democracy, freedom and responsibility that most leaders avoid.

Thomas Funke
Education visionary
On the education the future actually needs, and why most of what we were taught no longer serves us.

Hansi Hansmann
Philanthropist & investment pioneer
Backed hundreds of founders, and still believes the thing that matters most isn't on the balance sheet.
Rupda
Awareness facilitator
Brings the practice that turns inner work from concept into experience.

What this makes possible
The conversations that wouldn’t happen anywhere else. The people on the same path as you, business and consciousness held together, finally in one room.
New ideas. Projects that find their people. Co-founders who recognise each other.
And the quiet relief of realising you were never the only one.
Not because of what is said on stage.
Because of what happens between people.
THE SPACE
Room to actually be here.
Nothing is rushed. No back-to-back agenda, no racing from one session to the next. Something opens on stage, and then you have real time — to let it land, to talk, to sit with someone and go deeper than the surface.
The kind of two days where you leave feeling more yourself, not more depleted.
Why we call it a picnic
The oldest invitation there is.
Come as you are.
Sit down with us.
Share what you brought.
No podium. No agenda. No distance. A blanket on the ground and people at eye level. Before anyone is asked to perform, to present, or to pitch, they are simply allowed to be here.
That is the whole idea.
The conversation doesn’t end here.
The Picnic is two days. Membership is the year-round room behind it, for people who want to stay in the room long after the weekend is over.
